The Listel Hotel and GuestTek are pleased to offer hotel guests access to GuestTek's wireless high-speed Internet network. This wireless service is available throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms, the lobby, all meeting rooms and O'Doul's Restaurant & Bar. Access may be purchased through the hotel's Front Desk.

What is GuestTek?
GuestTek is a broadband wireless network providing high-speed Internet access at The Listel Hotel and O'Doul's Restaurant & Bar. GuestTek allows you to access your email, your company's remote network, or access the Internet using the same portable devices you already use at the office.

Do I need to load software or change settings on my laptop?
If your laptop is set-up with an operating system, web browser and wireless (Wi-Fi) card you will not need to load extra software. However, you may need to make minor adjustments to your hardware settings, if so; GuestTek is available 24 hours through their support line 1-877-755-0550.

Can I connect to my computer's remote network?
If your company allows remote access, you will be able to connect to your company's network. As an extra security measure, many companies use Virtual Private Networks (VPN). GuestTek is generally compatible with this software. Have your company's IT department contact a GuestTek technical assistant through their support line 1-877-755-0550 for further details.

General GuestTek setup procedures
Simply follow the instructions below to setup your account:

1. a) WIRED CONNECTION: Connect from your Ethernet card to the GlobalSuite desktop connector.

1. b) WIRELESS CONNECTION: Activate your wireless network card and if prompted, connect to the network that is identified as ListelHotelWireless.

2. Open your web browser to connect to GlobalSuite. If your browser hesitates while loading the page, click STOP and type login.globalsuite.net into the address bar.

3. Accept the terms of service, follow the on screen instructions and you will be online! You can return to login.globalsuite.net any time during your session to access the information and features available on that page.
