“EV friendly and met all our needs"

Spent a night in Vancouver with our two kids. We drove up in our EV and the valet parked it and plugged it in for us! This was the best ever because when we left to drive home we had a "full tank". The facilities were perfect and the location is fantastic. We walked from here to restaurants and the aquarium. It was pouring rain and the hotel gave us free umbrellas to borrow too!

“Staff were professional and welcoming”

Staff were professional and very welcoming. The location is superb, close to Stanley Park, Granville Island, shops and plenty of restaurants. We brought our dog with us, the facilities were so nice and lovely to be able to stay in a quality hotel with our dog. I would recommend this hotel with hotel without hesitation.

“Super accommodating and incredibly helpful”

The staff was super accommodating and incredibly helpful. The rooms were very clean and the I don't know what or how but the hallways to the room smelled incredible..it always smelled so fresh and clean when you stepped off the elevator. I commented to my husband that it always smelled so fresh. And the coffee service to your room was really nice as well. Thank you!

“Loved the location and warmth”

Everyone was lovely...front desk, wine host, parking, housekeeping...all great!! Loved the location and the warmth and much easier in and out on Robson than many other hotels I had stayed at...would definitely come again!
