COVID-19 Safety Plan
The Listel Hotel has implemented new procedures and protocols to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19. We are committed to protecting the health and safety of our staff and guests.
Masks and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All hotel staff will adhere to the recommendations provided by the Provincial Health Officer, under the public health act.
Physical Distancing: usage of the Front Desk terminals has been modified to allow for at least 6 feet of space between guests. Floor decals have been placed to guide guests on where to stand to allow proper physical distance. Cleary displayed signage are in place to ask guests to only use elevators with other members of their party.
Employee Screening and Temperature Checks: staff are required to complete a series of screening questions prior to starting their shifts. They also have to take and record their temperature and inform their manager if they feel any COVID-19 related symptoms or have been in contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19.

- All paper material (aside from toiletry items) have been removed from rooms.
- Front desk will have plexiglass barriers and employees will follow physical distancing guidelines.
- Hand sanitizer dispensers are installed in public areas, and complimentary masks and gloves are available for guests upon request.

- At The Listel Hotel we have a pet charge of $30 per night and will include the use of a food dish, a bed, and help cover the cost of deeper cleaning of the room.
- Maximum of 2 pets per room.
- Service animals do not get charged this fee, and certification of the animal will be required at check-in for the fee to be waived.
